A celebration of life. The Studio is now offering custom hand Woven Photographs of your own images. You can upload your photo and preview before ordering. Cell phone pictures work great as long as they are not zoomed in. The uploaded image is printed black and white on museum quality paper, sliced in very thin strips and then woven back together by Marcelo Bengoechea, Fernando's brother. The final piece is a celebration of life, it relates to how we are all woven together somehow. The weaving adds texture, drama, joy and a subtle message of fragility to the memory. Just like life itself.
